The NeedleChasers sponsor monthly activities from September through June on the second Wednesday of the month. There are eight program meetings that feature a speaker, slide show, trunk show, demonstration, or workshop on a topic of interest to quilters. These meetings include time for business matters and announcements. We encourage members to bring their latest quilt and needle projects for "show and tell".
The Library follows the same weather closure policy as the D.C. Government. To find out whether the D.C. Government is closed in inclement weather, listen to your radio or TV, or log on to the D.C. Government web site. In addition to the eight program meetings, two potluck lunch meetings are held in members' homes in December and June. |
